The largest individual youtuber in the world. He has several channels, the main ones are Mr.Beast and Mr.Beast philanthropy.
I think the main selling point of youtube is watching people do things you cannot, either due to time, expertise, or money. Mr.Beast kinda personifies that, as many of his videos cost over $1M to make and are original owing to nobody else being able to make them, ala 'I made a lazer dungeon, first person to reach the end wins $500k' .
Idk, even if you made almost everything out of aluminum , thats like $2000 for the raw metal for the frame and body, 8k for a 80kwh battery, about 5.5k for a 166HP emrax 228 motor off the shelf... with no transmission, the most expensive components combined are less than 20k. I dont see how even a 35k EV would not be profitable with some sensible off the shelf components.
there were kind and hard working slave owners too. the institution itself is bad.
realestate is simply the best and safest investment you can make in most of the civilized world today, in the same way that owning land and buying slaves to work it was the best investment 300 years ago.
At the end of the day its just waste. If money spent on housing isnt going towards making more and better housing you end up with a choke in supply that raises the price of housing, which hurts the efficiency of society as a whole .
Maybe if renting is only allowed for the party that built the house, it has to be rent to own, and is only allowed for say, 50 years after its construction. Have building codes to ensure it'll be solid for a long time. With that investing in realestate could be both profitable and societally beneficial.
it is a monolith though. Courts ruled after 2016 that the DNC can't defraud voters or candidates because they aren't required to have a fair primary. Their lawyers argued in court that they should be allowed to select a winner undemocratically, and won.
