  • could just be plain old ear muffs, for noise reduction.

  • I am one with the crude, and the crude is with me.

  • took me too long to figure out to read it as re-styling rather than resty-ling.

  • I try not to context-switch between shows. However much of a show drops at a time is how much I watch before switching to a different show. Then I can just use the relevant platform's "new episodes" alert to know when there's something to slot into my viewing time.

  • it's not just about the microwave returning to clock function. It's also about the microwave being returned to it's normal standby state so that pushing the buttons functions as expected for the next person.

  • all the other things I said were to ensure that you have every capacity to vote how you truly prefer rather than being dictated to select one of a small group. If you currently don't vote as a protest against the candidates, voting for "none of the above" accomplishes that while taking away the interpretation that you didn't vote because you don't care.

  • Make registration automatic and voting mandatory. Require ranked choice for every election of a person as well as a "none of the above" option. If a majority of voters pick "none of the above" as their #1 choice, hold a new election for that office with all new candidates.

edit: also make mail-in the standard for all votes.
