Yes, it's annoying as fuck.

I guess most people don't know that. On paper they're EU based.

They don't shoot themselves in the foot like LibreOffice and ship the Ribbon theme by default.

The default LibreOffice theme sucks if you grew up with MS Office 2007+.

Also it's more easy to get support for it. For LibreOffice you either have to know a vendor offering customisation and support, or have to search for it actively on the Website and then choose one of the 3 vendors going to their Website etc...

Meine Uni schafft es erst seit 1-2 Jahren die Erinnerung zur Rückmeldung per Mail zu schicken. Davor wurden dafür wie im Mittelalter grelle Plakate an die Wand genagelt zur Erinnerung
