Or to 32, but that already takes a little bit of an effort because from my perspective your left thumb is on the right.)

    But yeah, base 10 is the worst. 12 can be divided by 3 without problems. And base 8 allows counting far higher with just fingers.

    Her Finnish party, Kokoomus, is basically the same thing in Finland as CDU is in Germany. Never thought I'd follow someone from that party on something like Mastodon. But fine, that's an important post they're holding, and that's something to respect! Deffo want to see what they've got to say!

    Very happy that there's meaningful EU social media precence outside the "all is about profit" part of the social media. It means we on this continent do have hope!

    Therefore, you can achieve the precisely same result by removing forklift B from the equation and turning the fork of forklift A around so that it is pointing backwards and underneath forklift A itself. Now, with your own form underneath yourself, lift the fork up.

    It does not matter who the fork stuck underneath you officially belongs to, if what you are trying to do is to lift said fork up.

And if there is enough sunlight, they don't need it to be windy, so the wind is not kept on?!Obviously the idea is that the reader figures out that this is just North Koreans saying North Korean things. But yes, solar power is nice because you can rely on it. And it makes sense for a country in a situation such that of North Korea.

  • Cheeks are a part of the human body where the different pheromones are easiest to record. They telll information about the immune system, and hold the "personal smell" that everyone has (and which isn't really a smell at all, because pheromones are observed with a different system than actual smells are). When you get your nose near someone's cheek, you record a lot of personal data about them in your subconscious.

    You receive information about how healthy your children would be likely to be, and also your subconscious gets irrefutable proof of "I am currently very close with person ______."

    Plus the other reasons mentioned here. But the most important one is that it's a way to get your nose near their cheek.

    I mentioned the concentration camps China uses for Uyghurs, and I mentioned them with a rather mild wording. *blam*! Comment deleted! By one of the main people maintaining Lemmy. Hooray. I really didn't want to play on their sandbox after that.

    Somebody happened to mention Piefed in some /c/ just a couple of days later and now I'm here :)Feels much more like home to me! 🙂
