  • Yeah, I mean as a US citizen I don't really care TBH. I just hope the planes they bought/are buying are better in some way, buying crap out of spite isn't a good reason. I really hope the US economy collapses and we get to spit roast all these piece of shit politicians. So please, stop buying US anything.

  • As someone who owned a graphics design company for a while. That shirt design makes me cringe.

  • Jesus. Never had to pay for tap water in the US, even at Disney World. That's kinda crazy.

  • You mean borderline slave labor? Because that's pretty much what Chinese manufacturing is.

  • Omg my dog Gizmo looks like yours, just a little bigger, crazy.

  • It is, don't go there. I mean I love it here, but you wouldn't.

  • Yeah, they'd rather go to an oppressive country that used slave labor to build the stadium. Viture signaling at it's best.

  • As a teacher for a decade. Read a clock, understand geography, science activities, history activities. We teach out of a manual now, and it's all so the admins can jerk off to higher scores for ELA and Math.

  • Cool, can I borrow 50k for a non piece of shit one?

  • I'm genuinely curious about the reliability. I've been lucky enough to own a lot of cars in my life. I will tell you every somewhat modern/modern exotic car I've owned has been an absolute piece of over priced shit beyond "it looks and sounds cool''. I kid you not probably every other time I drove my Lamborghini Aventador with 5k miles some stupid shit would break, radiator hoses, electrical problems, misfires and they all cost stupid amounts of money to fix. While my 2002 Camry has 185k miles with only regular maintenance and I'd feel comfortable driving it across the US.

I get they're meant to be looked at ect, but if you can't design a radiator hose that lasts over 2 years and 5k miles you've got a serious engineering problem. Hell, I had a 68' mustang that still has the the OEM from the factory before I replaced it and it technically still was fine. Absolutely ridiculous, these things are like a bunch of expensive parts just bolted together like a 2nd grader did it.

Sorry for the rant. These cars are one of the few things that ligit get me pissed as an automotive lover.

  • That and this isn't a practical car. I mean 99% of people who even buy this aren't buying it as a DD. Something like a Porsche Cayenne would be more something that's more reasonable if you want peoole to buy it and DD.

  • Most countries are the same. Typically in the US they just let them go and pick them up later if it turns into a chase situation. You have their license plate information, if they moved somewhere else they know who/where they are. So why risk everyonesv lives.

  • I played that for months nonstop.

  • Oh yeah man, it's absurd. A lot of Asian countries have tried incredibly hard to shield the world from seeing how xenophobic and racist they are. As a black man who lived in China for 5 years, I had way way more openly racist comments and actions towards me than in the US. Like more the first month in China than in the other 40 years in the US. Japan is better, but still pretty bad. They're just more quiet/restrained about it typically.

That's something that always bugs me, the rest of the world always tries to shame the US for racism and other related things like they've solved a problem. They have, it's just having 90%+ the same race/skin color of people. Hell China is committing a genocide right now against the Uyghurs because they're Muslim and look more middle eastern. All while the evil US takes in more legal immigrants than the 2nd. 3rd, 4th, and 5th countries combined. The US definitely isn't perfect by any stretch, but it isn't even close to as bad as everyone likes to act like it is, get captain dip shit out of the presidency and you've already made a huge improvement.

  • Which is sad, because apparently they spent quite a bit on marketing. I think their problem is they're trying to get other markets to watch like women, lgbqt, kids, ect. But in doing do they ailenated like 90% of their core customers, then they're shocked about it.

And you're right, the problem with this movie is it wasn't really "bad" but it shouldn't have been made a full blown theatre move. It should have been a Disney+ $20 rental or something then make a season 4 for normal steaming.

  • I think it's more of a way to keep people in line and oppressed. The government is already insanely impressive and now you want food? Well you better stay in line.

If China actually cared they'd send agriculture equipment so they can produce their own food for sustainability. But they don't want that, they want to keep them sucking the teet every month. If you don't, well the last shipment might just be late....

  • Because all they'll do it cut the bag, then have everyone walk to wherever with a bowl and get a scoop every day. They won't just be giving homes 50kg bags and saying "good luck", like you said that's a lot of logistics. Also it's about control, if you need to get it every day it can be revoked if you aren't aligned with the government. If they just drop off a 50kg bag, well now you've got a food supply stockpiled and you're more likely to protest/rebel.

  • I don't mind protests at all, it's completely your right. Assuming you're in a country that supports it, ie China your ass is black bagged. But when you impeed and block people, yeah you need to be arrested. Standing in roads, blocking hospitals, ect.
