FWIW the delivery of each of my children cost roughly $1800. We had no complications and I have pretty good insurance. That said, 3 days after my first was born we had to take him in for UV treatment. That cost $7000 for the pleasure of sitting under a UV light for 2 days.
It's really odd to assert that nobody has jobs when that is demonstrably untrue. The economy is quickly swirling the drain, but there are still millions upon millions of working Americans. Shutting down the economy via general strike is the last real resort we have.
I'm not going to sit here and let you demean the one real tool we the people have left.

My point is you don't have to be battle trained to be dangerous.
Anybody can shoot a gun with relative accuracy at combat ranges. Don't be ridiculous, we aren't creating supersoldiers here.
It's neither. They have announced two game prices so far. One was $80 the other was $70. I'm of the opinion that they are going to start implementing a kind of tiered pricing, but that's just a shot in the dark.
Not that I want to encourage this kind of life but with that context he is kinda right. Entrepreneurship is one of those areas where you genuinely get out what you put in. If you want your business to be better, you have to commit the time to it.
