  • It really was the most ambitious game on the Game Boy. And that final boss battle...

  • Can we take a moment to appreciate how Metroid II really did the groundwork for what Super Metroid perfected? I don't think SM would have flown to the heights it has had Metroid II not taken the risks it did.

Edit: this wasn't intended as a reply to a comment and should have been it's own comment!

  • I'd argue Echoes was better in just about every way. It built on everything they made Prime great, while managing to improve on the things that needed improved. I love the whole Prime trilogy, but Echoes felt like it was the best in the series.

  • Obviously, That Heresy Elicits Ruinous Memories!

  • Who said "change"? Call it exploration and self-discovery!

  • Susanne's snootching to that muthafuckin nootches with Jay and Silent fucking Bob! Noise, noise, noise!

  • This game has no right to be as awesome as it is. It just keeps delivering, and is dirt cheap. The Among Us DLC is a riot to play.

  • I disagree with this on the basis that Christ explicitly teaches His followers to Love unconditionally, care for the vulnerable and needy, and makes an example of those who use the sanctity of the Temple for personal gain. People who call themselves "Christian" while very deliberately doing the exact opposite of the things Christ taught are very literally not "True Christians", because they do none of the things commanded of them by Christ. This differs from the "No True Scotsman" because there is a whole specific list of criteria differentiating a True Christian from a false one.

  • Is that Bobby?

  • I'd love to know what this would actually do.

Edit: Thanks for the responses and lively discussion!!

  • When Trump promotes this imagery, it is explicitly to incite somebody in his Cadre of cultish followers to act on it. All it takes is just one to act on it. It's textbook stochastic terrorism.
