  • That's genious actually, have a company provide an app build on some LLM and provide this as a Saas to its clients. Client does his unethical and criminals activities through the app. If they get caught, they point to the app builder. Once the app builder has too many lawsuits going, they close the company, start a new one, update the name and logo on the app and repeat.

  • That's just stupid. You can make a million selling some medication each month for the rest of a patients life, and simultantiously sell the cure for 2 million to the rich patients.

  • Windows 95 was fun back then. Mostly because the security in those networks was, let say, non-existing. You had full access to every computers drives. And if you'd find the image that was used as the desktop background and changed it, windows would refresh the image automatically. Ofcourse we were very creative with the messages we left. And smart enough to keep the original to put back when our victim tried to get the teacher involved. We could have errased the document on the diskettes too, but we weren't that horrible.

  • Yeah, have been reading about that for the last 20 years. Dentists are still just drilling and refilling holes or pulling teeth. Just like they did 200 years ago.

  • Good, you two now have met, I pronounce you two a couple. Please make arrangements meeting up in real life. Some travel may be required.

  • A hydrogen peroxide molecule is 0.2 - 0.3 nm. So I suppose we could call it nanotech.

  • Someone should make a new version of Bame Canada (from South Park), "Blame Obama".

  • Exactly. I still wonder how they pulled it off to make it look like Obama was in the US, while he took down Osama. Also why did they send a whole Seal team with him? Feels like a waste of taxpayers money.

  • It’s difficult to get out of an abusive marriage, for instance, before you’re 18.

Yeah, that's some feed for a good depression.

  • "A $200 ChatGPT Pro 20x subscription could cost as much as $14,000 in API pricing if fully utilized."

What is being said is that in a month time you can burn through $14,000 worth of tokens. It does not show that that comsumption would cost ChatGPT the full $14,000.

So what they are doing here is planting the idea that a $200 subscription is actually worth $14,000. Which makes if very easy for them to make people switch to tokens or just increase the price of your subscription without losing too many customers.

  • No, but if you get that number in everyones heads, there is much less resistance to, say a 100 EUR a month increase.

  • o it sound to me like the EC says: " Well these sellers said fuck you up front so they’re immune to any responsibility"

Upfront? As in the UELA you get to read after opening the box, at which point you can't return the game anymore?

  • Did they ran out of classic fairy tales to put in modern day American cities?

  • You mean Pulp Fiction? That's what was in the briefcase.

  • That feels like the wrong type of vandalism. Shouldn't the tires be kept intact as to have the vehicle removed as soon as possible?

  • The least you could do is molotov it.

Not if you're in a low emision zone.

  • Look at this amateur, not even psychologically analysing his opponents during a board game. Probably doesn't even keep a secret record on his oppents either.

  • It's impact is even worse. I've noticed how much I self sensor these days.

  • and eliminate suspects Yeah, that's kind of the problem with them.
