Well, the current incumbent has successfully dodged the draft, decades of taxes, being held accountable for 34 felonies, two illegal acts of war, incitement to an insurrection and accusations of pedophilia and rape. Seems it'll take no less than the world's entire shoe production to take this motherfucker down.

And if they can prove that you were using outdated software (which will be simple, based on the logs connected to your account): no, they need not cover any damages arising from you not keeping up to speed on security updates. That's part of your due diligence.
