Fun fact killing the pope is an instant excommunication. It can be argued that Vance DID kill the pope or speed up his death by demanding that Frank leave the hospital to meet with him, ergo Vance needs to be excommunicated.

I would disagree, I would say it is normal to kill someone who is responsable for thousands of deaths, thousands of people dieing so you can make more money. It is only a collective cowardace, one that I have to admit also have. But I would argue within the history of humanity, and just normal human emotion, that that would be someone thinking normaly, you are killing a, truly stagering amount of people for, no real reason, someone has to stop you and there is no reason why that person should not be me.

Once agian i want to point out how truly insane it is that more of us do not do this regularly, how this is seen as a rare and shoking event and killing healthcare CEOs and other Billionares, who ammase their weath on mass exploitation is.

What do you mean potentially, he is innocent, we all know he is innocent. lets not take away his total and complete innocence

Also this is reasonable doubt, and saying "he isn't a criminal mastermind" is not enough to remove it, someone going "I likely would have done this" is a reasonable doubt.

this sounds like lots of maybes that does covering, where there is talk of plenty of reasonable doubt. We are saying we are confused and there is reasonable doubt, sure you could be correct, but thats some mental gymnastics to get out of that reasonable doubt

Even with that lets be clear Mr. Tompson was responsable for many more deaths for the sake of profit, only deemed not murder because its legal, I do not care if there where 30 videos proven to be genuine, and he said his name when he did it, the jury should nulify. Not because murder is correct, but because well millions died in part because of Brian Tompson, and if the state will do nothing to hold him accountable someone else has to.

They quite literaly in the post said who the devs are, I mean if your issue is that the devs have a test bed. I it seems like you unwilling to split between wht they are asking for "Survive making lemmy the program full time" with there free time that being a mod of .ml

It has only been conflated because beehaw and then .world MADE the accusation aganst .ml and then decided to conflate it to the program as a whole, don't act like this is a natural conflation

I am currently wondering at what point will .world defederate from everyone, and just be a walled guarden, while also singing the praises of a decentralized federated platform. That seems to be the way its going right now, if an instance has different rules, or someone from an instance disagrees with them they start screaming that they need to defederate and that they are all bregading trolls.

I just feel like someone needs to point out the insanity of the latter half, of the post, that dispite a proven track record, because they are not out to make a profit with shareholders or a board of directors they cannot be trusted, I would suspect this is the next goal post they move to if they get satified with paying for labor is ok

They also seem to think that users from one instance going to another is bragading, except when they do it then they are just using the software as intended... and so there is no way to interact with them. Heck I have been told I am bregading a post... that is on the .ml instance

but the TL;DR is that you are pushing the 2 rolls, one as the Developers for the project/platorm and the admin of the testing instance as the exact same roll. They have the costs they need for .ml down and have mentioned that it is from a specific donation sorce as people where asking for, and now they need to be able to live off of making lemmy the project. Now that it is said that your not giving money to .ml you are paying the project developers, in lets be honest most of the cost is labor cost so their salary, as developers you say "Well paying the .ml admin salary is the same as paying for the upkeep of .ml" once agian they mentioned they have now a new bucket for .ml, and this goes so they can contenue to be the developers for the project. That is moving the goal posts, you changed it from I dont want to pay for .ml to i dont want to pay for anything that could even be related to .ml
