Ryan Nemeth Files Lawsuit Against AEW, Tony Khan, And CM Punk | Fightful News
  • Then I'm hoping for discovery, I'd like to know what really happened during all of that not just I say this happened.

  • SRS: Missouri Commission requiring proof of citizenship for licensing, when pro wrestling licensing shouldn't be a thing anyway.
  • Now I'm curious what kind of provisions they allow for people that aren't American, can Rhea, Bronson, Sami, KO, Waller, etc no longer participate in Missouri? This cockamamie shit is insane and I fear only going to get worse as these states are emboldened by our "leadership" in Washington.

  • U.S. Workers Are More Worried Than Hopeful About Future AI Use in the Workplace.
  • I'm sorry slazer2au but our employment AI noticed you slacking off today, we're going to need to terminate your employment at this time.

For real, at least in a lot of the southern US, companies look out for anyone that discusses unionization and will find a reason to fire them. At-will employment is a curse. My favorite busting technique is the tried and true "Who needs a union? We're a family here." Followed by a pizza party instead of a real bonus.

  • Reading through some of the stuff, it sounds like one of those ambulance chasing lawyers told him if he made a stink he would get paid off to just go away. I just don't see how he can win this, one side was a dick, the other side told him to poke at the dick until it erupted. Well he's a grown ass man, who should have known better than to rub a dick the wrong way.

Then he shows himself to be a massive douche canoe and claims that he is being blackballed and can never work in wrestling again.... while he... works as a wrestler in TNA. I feel like he's very lucky he has a more famous family member also working there, if it were my company I'd be inclined to bench him.

  • I hope it happens with Luchasaurus killing Christian for being a bad father and not bothering to contact him during his time out. I'm ready because I need that story line to pay off dammit.

Seriously, I'm glad he can potentially return, that shit sounded scary.

  • [Discussion] What's your favourite/top pro wrestling entrance theme(s)?
  • Dark Side, WWF the Music Volume 3.

If you are lifting the dumbells or weights at the gym, running on the road, out fishing at twlight, it was one of the few Wrestling themes I had on my various mp3 players over the years. There were many, but this one was something special to me. It's a top tier theme song for me.

There have been so many over the years. Some honroable mentions to theme groups I don't care for, CFO$ did great work with Bobby Roode's theme and as much as I hate Def Rebel, Roman's Head of the Table theme is top notch, I don't like his current theme, it takes too long to get going.

Licensed songs, Edge's Never Gonna Stop Rob Zombie theme or CM Punk's original edit of Cult of Personality or Kane's Slow Chemical.

Licensed one time use: Undertaker edit of Johnny Cash's Ain't No Grave.

Obviously not just one, and so many more to add onto this. I think my ultimate preference though is when WWE had Johnston doing individual themes for the workers, and working with them to help craft them and updating them with minor edits as the characters evolved, no he didn't always hit it out of the park, but his themes are more memorable and didn't require just a name on the titantron or the performers name being said before the music starts.

  • Brock Rechsteiner (Scott's son) signs NIL deal with WWE
  • Now he should run out and copyright his preferred Steiner name before WWE blocks him from the name like they did Cody. I assume this is why Bron is not a Steiner.

My dream is they name him Scotch Steiner because I had a friend in school always pronounced Scott that way and I got a kick out of it.

  • Fightful: Additional Details on frustrated women's talent in WWE
  • Favoritism and politics. Then. Now. Forever.

It's time that WWE hire some female writers that like women to advocate on their behalf, or just give HBK an hour each week to play with, because NXT is doing a much better job of inclusiveness.

Those that Fightful spoke with pointed to Sonya Deville effectively being cut while negotiating a new deal as something that didn't instill confidence when they aren't being used by the company.

Sadly when you are owned by mostly Private Equity you're gonna have a bad time and as we go forward I expect more to get burned this way.

  • SRS: Carmella's WWE contract recently expired.
  • I wonder if this played a part in Corey's blow up, his frustrations with the announcing situation and then this on top of it.

  • Ever since the crowd started doing the X and Unh sound when Oba comes out it's reminded me of Moose coming out... so tonight was something cool to see even if only half the crowd knew to do arm pump and shout Moose.

Edit: Why the fuck do Grace and Ethan Page and a few others get to keep their names and poor Ricky gets the name change? Ricky Saints sounds so wrong.

  • PWInsider: Road Dogg Brian James has been named the new Co-Lead Writer for the SmackDown brand
  • My favorite thing about his runs in creative is that you typically can tell when he was involved in something sucky because he would get mad at people on X-Twitter about not being real fans or needing to shut up and just enjoy things if they didn't like something.

Apparently AJ Styles is saying we should give him a shot, because Vince isn't there to pick apart and change all his ideas anymore... ok AJ, but this time it's on you.

  • PWInsider: Road Dogg Brian James has been named the new Co-Lead Writer for the SmackDown brand
  • Not real shocking, he's been on and off the creative teams for several firings now. Most recently I think was being fired during the great erasure of all things Triple H by Vince during his heart failure scare.

  • Gran Hamada Passes Away
  • Tag Match ECW Barely Legal 1997

I kind of remember this match. There are some more matches on YouTube if you want to learn more and honor his life by watching his work.

EDIT: Removed some extra words and fixed some grammar.

  • Kroger’s Surveillance Pricing Harms Consumers and Raises Prices, With or Without Facial Recognition.
  • I've read some comments on other articles about this saying that by using cash and avoiding the loyalty card they won't have the data that shows how often you buy certain products and if you buy them at regular price or only during sales. I don't know if that's true, but it does seem somewhat logical to me that the AI is going to use your past purchases against you, they already use that same idea to send me paper coupons once a month based on stuff I usually buy.

  • Vince McMahon's Lawyer Claims Federal Criminal Probe Against McMahon Has Been Dropped
  • They hurt his feelings by firing him and shortly after he sold almost all of his stock, I don't think he still has enough relationships with the ownership group to return, although nothing would surprise me with this shit.

  • Fightful: Josh Mathews is gone from TNA wrestling (Update - Also gone: Christy Hemme, and company President)
  • PWInsider says it's him and Christy Hemme, as well as President Cicione.

PWInsider.com is told that Anthony Cicione, President of the company, has exited that position. There is no word yet who will replace him in that role. Cicione entered the role in February 2024. At the time, he was also the President of TNA parent company Anthem’s Entertainment Group.

We are also told that a new Executive has been brought on to oversee production and other facets of the company. We are working to confirm further details.

As part of that change, both Josh Mathews and Christy Hemme have departed TNA effective this AM. Hemme was in charge of the company's social media while Mathews was a Senior Producer and the Senior Director of Digital Media.

PWInsider.com is working to learn more details of this breaking news. We have also reached out to TNA for comment.

    Stay tuned.
