DeLorean was not smuggling drugs to keep his company alive. As his company was tanking, he agreed to do a large drug deal, hoping to use the profits to keep the doors open a bit longer, but it turned out to be an entrapment scheme, and he was found not guilty.
He basically tried the same thing that the Reagan Administration did during the Iran-Contra Scandal, but he got caught because the people who talked him into it were cops. But the idea that the DeLorean company was fueled by drug money is wrong.
The media used to invent positive stories about Tesla, but now they are only looking for negative stories. For a stock whose entire value is based on a stock price supported by smoke and PR, that's a death sentence. Now that the bubble has popped, it will never re-inflate. Now Tesla has to fly based on the actual performance of its products, it's company, and it's leadership, which is abysmal on all counts. It will never return to its former glory, and will continue to slide as each quarterly earnings report gets worse and worse.
I give Tesla 2 years before it declares bankruptcy.
Yeah, in a normal Dem/MAGA race, a spoiler could damage one side or another, but this is essentially a one man race, with three spoilers. It's unlikely that any single spoiler could garner enough votes to beat Zohran. The spoilers will most likely just take votes from each other more than Zohran.
Zohran crushed Cuomo by 10 points in the primary (despite Cuomo outspending him by a mile), how do they think Cuomo is going to close that gap, without losing ANY votes to Adams or Sliwa? Obviously, they think that their doom & gloom histrionics following Zohran's win will scared enough people away from Zohran, but it looks to me like they may have actually chased a lot of non-primary voters toward him for the general, rather than warned people off.
I'm not worried about this spoiler strategy. They are deploying it poorly, and it going to hurt them far more than it will help.
The MAGAs AND the Establishment Democrats have not figured out that the people are not listening to them, and an increasing number are forging their own political path. Dems are starting to become targets just as much as MAGAs. In 2010, the Tea Party made a big splash, and opened the door for MAGA. We are now at a point where the Progressives are poised to do the same thing, and change the direction of their party. The DNC had better go along, or they'll be left behind. Taking control of the DNC should be the Progressives' primary strategy right now, and we don't have to wait for an election to do it.
The DNC would rather have a MAGA win it than Zohran.

It's likely that the moron vote will all get split by Cuomo, Adams, and Sliwa, leaving anyone with half a brain to vote for Zohran.
In the upcoming mid-term election, EVERY Democrat should be making this vote a primary part of their campaign marketing. Tie that vote to every MAGA Nazi, and don't let go. These people are pro-Epstein, and pro-Child Sexual Abuse.
If the Dems is an incumbent, running against a MAGA who wasn't in office, blame them for the vote anyway. Declare that they are just another vicious MAGA Nazi, and would have voted for this, and every other MAGA vote that HitlerPig demanded. They may not have been in office but they would vote 100% MAGA.
Make them wear it through the whole campaign.
Every Democratic candidate should make that a specific focus of their campaign marketing - that their opponent voted AGAINST releasing the Epstein Files, juxtaposed with any statements they may have made demanding that they be released.
And if it's an incumbent Democrat, claim that their opponent is a vicious hard core MAGA, and they definitely would have voted for against the release.

Getting good at something difficult results in great feelings, as you can imagine, but I wasn't prepared for how much better it made me feel. My self-esteem and confidence went through the roof, and made me realize that I've probably been operating under a low-grade depression for my entire life.
Sometimes we're depressed and don't even know it. You come to accept that it's just how you feel, and that's your life. You don't even know it can be better, until it is.
I've used Samsungs for years, but they have gotten too expensive for what I need, so I went for a Pixel this time around. I got issues with it, but mostly because I'm so used to the Samsung universe. Still way better than an Apple.

The Corporate Serial Killer took his sociopathic policies too far, and provoked a response from the market in an attempt to correct the issue. The elimination of the Corporate Serial Killer caused the company to adjust its policies so they didn't provoke such a strong response, and other companies in the sector (and possibly other sectors as well) noticed it, and adjusted their policies as a result.
Conservatives should be celebrating this event. This is the Free Market at work, which is the literal religion of conservatives. This is EXACTLY what they claim they want the markets to do.

A new trial isn't automatic. Many Hung Juries are never tried again, because often the District Attorney has no reason to believe that the outcome will be any different in another expensive trial.
A hung jury in Luigi's case would definitely be re-tried, over and over, if necessary, but after 3 or 4 hung juries, they'd probably finally give up, and blame liberals.

We're seeing signs of it every day. A Healthcare CEO is murdered, and the alleged murderer has the majority of the population on his side. A Democratic Socialist wins the NYC mayoral primary by a wide margin, and even his own party disparages him. Jobs are going unfilled because people are refusing to work for minimal wages, while corporations and the government sneer that they are lazy gamers. The streets are filling with enormous crowds of protesters, and their numbers grow with each demonstration.
The Revolution is coming, and all of us are it know it, but the Sociopathic Oligarchs, and their enslaved politicians have no idea. They still think they are in charge, but it is only the ingrained politeness of the American citizenry that has kept their blood from flowing in the gutters.
