Appeals Court Says A Cop Can Violate Another Cop’s Rights By [Squints At Ruling] Shooting At The Other Cop

This is some funny fucked up shit. Gannon is a rookie, and Kilnapp is training him. They open the door to the bathroom and the perp (Borden) is sitting there holding a gun. Not pointing it at anything, just arms down holding it. Then:

So this rookie cop sees the gun and immediately turns heel and runs away while shooting behind him. Lol what?

And then the veteran cop gets charged with attempted murder.
