Sadly it comes down to, "Don't mess with is or we'll stand around for a few hours in big groups."

First you got to get the numbers. That's happening. Then you get those people to take action. Doing that out of order doesn't get far.

At major highway/stroad intersections, was unfortunately the case in my situation. In a strong red county, it felt ok nevertheless.
