Extraterrestrial life in Thermosphere hypothesis
I would like to say that the search for extraterrestrial life is scientifically feasible. The reason I am starting with this is because some in the scientific community are just starting to take it serious and not saying you're a quack for speaking on it.
I also want to mention that I am not one of the scientists who participated in the writing of this paper, however I do conduct my own independent research.
The reason for this is because I have witnessed one of these extraterrestrials several times over the past years. At first like most would I assumed they were UFOs in the common sense (spaceship from space) but it became clear to me that they were in fact energy (plasma) and a lifeforms. This conclusion of mine predates the writing of the PDF by over a decade. I am only starting to see "catch up" in the scientific and governmental funded fields in the last 5 years.
I will end my statement with this. I can confirm without a doubt that extraterrestrials are on this planet. I cannot confirm if this is a good or bad thing.

Nobody says you're a quack because you believe or want to research extraterrestrial life. Scientists might call you a quack for claiming something "beyond a doubt" without any evidence.
True nowadays. And for about 20 years.
But in the not to distant past. Yes the whole idea of alien life was often seen by more strict researchers as quakery. Although unfairly so. Scientist dispite their denial have some very clear bias when seeing 0 evidence. Dispite the logical falicy in it. The lack of ability to research potential distant star systems. Made dedicating your research to it a little questionable and resulted in some negative views. Or at the least the idea that you were not seriose in expecting any real breakthroughs. And just wasting money and resources.
The thing that made the difference was the number of planners found. Via new methodologies. As we developed the ability to monitor stars. And saw just how many had planets. Even with limited evidence on earth sized planners. It quickly became more questionable to think of earth as unique. Then quickly more earth sized planets became identifiable as more data was available. So more scientists started to take the research seriously.
Now it is very much common opinion that earth being unique is rather a dumb assumption science wise. Dispite it always being unlikely. The evidence now makes research seem less wasteful.
The SETI project is 65 years old. It is a real scientific ongoing endeavour to find evidence for extraterrestrial life. It's not seen as quackery.
Most if not all Mars missions are there to find evidence for extraterrestrial life. That all started more than 20 years ago. Scientists seriously considering the existence of extraterrestrial life is not a recent phenomenon at all.
Cool. But scientists do science and understand the scientific method. There remains no evidence of extraterrestrial life anywhere, regardless of speculation about earth being special.
