Again, this appeared to be somewhat of a misrepresentation of the plan, as point 19 states that after Gaza is redeveloped … the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood …

It'd contradict the point 16 and the overall spirit of the plan that leave the ruined Gaza to palestinians(, under a supervision whose powers haven't been described, it could range from symbolic to annexation, 13.500 palestinians would stay in israeli jails with testimonies of mistreatments/torture, and palestinians would lose their right to fight the illegal(, e.g.,) occupation)
