Had ingredients I needed to use up

Had some meat and produce wallowing in the fridge, so I made this up as I went along.

That creamy garlic sauce sounds interesting. Care to give us your recipe?
- Melted some butter, sauteed garlic in it. Added about a cup of heavy cream. Simmer and added almost a whole block of grated Parmesan. Salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg
