Setting aside that mess, the time element is in the wrong place (should be after "killed" to avoid that unpleasant "on" after what for some reason is being treated as a proper noun).

Then we have the absurdity of the state abbreviation. First of all, if it's in the same state, you don't use it at all. If for whatever reason you feel the need to in your local coverage area, postal codes are never indicated.
