Usually within 5 minutes of getting out of bed meds are in me then I go put a small food in me so my stomach doesn't get upset and then it's caffeine time. I nurture the caffeine for the next 30 minutes or so and then my meds have usually kicked in and I can start doing stuff
Wake up a bit earlier, eat meds, go back to sleep.
If I'm actually awake I'm not going back to sleep.
My alarms hate me. I'll snooze them again and again. Sometimes I would even just let them ring until they give up on their own. I've killed multiple alarms this way, and it's not the battery, they died mechanically.
I forgot about this trick! I washed my water bottle today so I can have it by my alarm clock with the meds
See I have a small kid so that time is spent doing what she wants. Making eggs or playing or some such.
She can executive function me for her needs while I get ready to executive me for my needs.
