I have never seen the 😗 emoji used, but I have seen a TON of :3

The type of people that say :3 are the same kind that like ASCII more than emojis, so I guess it makes sense why I don't think I've ever seen it used.

But why would I do 😗 when I can do 😘?
- I use the former of more of a make sure you're okay when something was wrong. The latter In just expressing love.
