Always wondered what type of cat this one is, such a friendly neighborhood cat, sorry for blurry picture, took a screenshot from when I was videoing the car.

According to Google Lens, it's called a York Chocolate cat which makes it even more adorable lol, dunno if it's male or female but either way it's a good friendly cat, always comes up to me even when I'm a few feet away from it.
