Hunger often goes away after a little while if you don't pay attention to it. Even if your stomach is legit empty. I slowly changed my routine to 3 meals a day basically by just doing it until it no longer sucks. Doesn't even take that long for the body to adapt.
I find that simply drinking a few gulps of water often grants fast relief. Maybe not the best solution right before bed though lol
I specifically changed my routine and now brush my teeth straight after dinner. This has stopped me from midnight snacking completely.
Grab a few cheese slices. Teeth don't seem to care too much about cheese.
