Does the standalone Gwent game count?
lots of projects get started but are shelved or killed without ever being announced, for all kinds of different reasons as well.
Have they released any open-world RPG's besides The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk? Witcher 1 and 2 weren't, Thronebreaker wasn't.
