Oh they do just squeak past. Besides the point. Taxes do not correlate to food security obviously. As Nova Scotia has one of the highest tax rates in the country and has shit food security and massive problems with senior and child food insecurity. Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, new Brunswick...all terrible problems yet some of the highest personal taxt rates. Very comparable to Quebec.
