@.@ you underestimate a lot of F&B sellers, their profit margin is insane... many have very low operating cost cause they occupy public space and what not.

Most are rich if they could survive the first couple of years. They just live a very modest life.
Most don’t even pay tax, do cash business. Operating illegally without license.
