The fact that 98.7 percent of over 100k people could agree on anything is amazing to me.
Look, when someone asks "How many teaspoons in a quart?" we all want to jump off a fucking bridge.
3 teaspoons in a tablespoon.
16 tablespoons in a cup
4 cups in a quart.
3x16x4=192 teaspoons in a quart.
Is that a metric or imperial cup and teaspoon?
It's Murrikan cup and teaspoon.
Ah right, quick adjustments needed then, one UK cup is 25/24ths of a US cup, and a UK teaspoon is 0.986 US ones
Simple 👍
Except if it's Maple syrup, in this case the cup is probably a Canadian cup. One Canadian cup is 0.96076 US cup.
Imperial is great !
Much more exciting than just moving the decimal point when doing conversions, isn’t it. You never know if you’ve made a mistake somewhere along the way by multiplying with 14 instead of 12. So much fun.
What the hell is "percent"? Convert that to Imperial Horsehooves or get out
