Apple will ship a systemwide back button without needing to touch the damn upper left and call it "innovation"

It's not universal. It's per app.
If I'm in my email, and someone sends me a PDF or a web link, I can use the back button to go back to my email when I'm done looking at the content.

Well, where's the turbo button? Are you saying iPhones don't have turbo??

There is a turbo slider, actually. Unless you jailbreak, however, only Tim Cook can touch it.
