Yes. That was from the episode where Picard gets a second chance at life from Q and he sees what the result is if he "played it safe".

Haven't seen that one, but I'm sure it wasn't the better timeline which makes me a little sad.
Just once I'd love one of these "path not chosen" deals to be like "Yeah you suck at your job, regulations are written in blood you jackass."
