#ElonMuskisaTraitor The way things are going, pretty soon we'll be able to start a #GoFundMe to buy #Twitter and put a #Mastodon instance on its domain.
When he finally fully transitions to X, I'm sure he'll eventually retire the twitter.com domain, then someone can do exactly that.
I look forward to Mr Muskovy reacting with a sense of humour about it all, rather than doubling down and acting like a thirteen year old boy who's father doesn't love him.
Yeah. Right.
How crazy is it that there’s a butthurt Elon worshiping coward downvoting all the comments here.
Just one. So far. It's pretty funny.
He can't care less. They're still engaging with the platform and generating ad revenue. Maybe don't protest a platform by continuing to use said platform and therefore making it money.
He definitely does care he hates people not thinking he's great. I agree with your sentiment but he's a delicate removed all the same
I honestly wouldn't be suprised if the engineers screen the tweets before showing them in his feed or else he would constantly be forcing them to "fix" the fact people are tweeting mean things about it.
The dude bought the site to shut up people who embarrassed him
It's definitely going to hurt his fragile little ego. I bet his visa slaves are working on a "solution" as we speak.
He's already suppressing some other hashtags related to him so don't be surprised if this one suddenly vanishes from the trends list.
Elon Moskow

Ivan muscovy
He is awfully close to autocrats of all kind. Neatly following the CCP to sell Teslas in China, doing nothing against spying by Saudi Arabia on Saudi dissidents on twitter and easily doing what Putin wants him to do in Ukraine. The problem is bigger than just Ukraine. Hell, he even let the Saudi investment fund bankroll a part of the twitter acquisition. These are the same guys who lock people up for live for a few critical tweets about MBS (the Saudi despot).
Birds of a feather...
Free speech absolutist there folks.
No, no. He stopped world war iii from starting.
Seriously. That's the fanboy stance on the matter.
When do we start boycotting everything he has his hands in? As much as I support space travel and exploration I cannot support SpaceX because of his involvement. But I will not support Amazon space either.
Any day now...
I could never really afford it anyway. Cars are expensive, rockets are very expensive, and microblogging is a fundamentally bizarre concept to me.
I guess I could not use his fake trains?
In a way, it's impressive this guy shitposted his way to the king of exploiters, but there's nothing to boycott
I feel like I'm going insane, AI article filled with bot comments
In the future, AI is going to write articles for AI to comment upon, so that AI can display ads on the pages.
Have you read about what daily trading in Wall Street is actually like nowadays?
It's bots fighting each other for millisecond advantages in cents differences in prices. The only humans still participating are chumps sacrificing their money so it's siphoned by the robots into hedge funds and financial risk management firms.
That's probably already going on right now actually.
Don't forget the AIs extracting engagement metrics, so that AIs can decide which articles to summarize and rewrite... for the cycle to repeat itself.

Better be careful not to pull out those hair plugs.
Fuck Phoney Stark and his attention-seeking behaviour.
Oh god could you imagine Elon building a suit to fly around in … I could see him consider this as a good idea. Tesla man
He should go back to Africa.
I love that I get to say this guilt free for once.
Havent they suffered enough you monster!?!
He should get the bad guy ending, toss him to the locals at his father's emerald mine
Musk would probably go back to Canada(he still holds citizenship there via his mom ) than South Africa .
Hard no there bud
Poetic. I love it.
Womp womp.
That's the least one could do if they choose to stay on Twitter, I mean X, I mean... meh.
I love that for him, the wretched piece of shit.
Meh, if you're still on his platform you're not doing anyone any favors. Even if from time to time you do criticize Elon.
Well worth the $44 billion then?
Don't give that unpleasant **** any more money. Just stop using Twitter - I did (when it looked like he was stupid enough to actually buy in to a dying company).

Fuck the space Karen.
Also the source of this is apparently a biography written by the former CEO of CNN, Mark Isaacson. Is this correct?
I’m all for hanging this guy out to dry but seems like a play to pump CNN numbers because Elon outrage usually goes viral. It’s a bit sus.
Has any other entity actually confirmed these claims?
Also, aren’t there regulations that would prevent an individual or company from doing a unilateral decision like this? I think it’s called ITAR or something.
It's an authorized biography. Meaning Musk has had every chance to object.
He publicly admitted it.
https://sh.itjust.works/post/4649482
Here is the direct link to his twitter post.
The bigger issue here is the allegation that he actively turned it off to thwart an attack.
He has not admitted to that.
That's a serious allegation if true, and the author has retracted the claim. There's no proof (yet anyway). Ukraine has not come forward saying starlink ever worked in Crimea prior to this incident.
The original story was slightly exaggerated.
The agreement was that the service would only be enabled within Ukraine mainland. This was accomplished by automatically turning them off any time they left Ukraine mainland. Elon refused to disable or expand the territory limit.
Which is absolutely counter to United States interests. And it's not like Russian submarines were filled with schools and hospitals. You can't name a better example of a military target.
But it's not the original story that he turned them off in the middle of the attack.
Pretty sure Crimea is part of Ukraine.
The agreement was [...]
None. There was no agreement until 2023.
United States interests
US sanctions from early 2022 forbid supplying any sort of telecommunications, including by satellite, over territory controlled by sanctioned nations, like Russia.
Crimea was, and still is, territory controlled by Russia. Until Russia gets kicked out of Crimea, nobody from the US is allowed to provide telecom services over Crimea, unless they get a special exception.
I'm all for hating on Mr. Blood Emerald heir, but lets not pretend we're a society with any national pride, for good reason.
Almost no one can stand anyone else here. We're just a bunch of rugged individuals at each other's throats as our oligarchs laugh.
If you really think that then you need to get off the internet and go touch some grass.
I’m proud of the fact that when my government fucks up, I can complain about it.
In my experience everyone gets along for the most part despite what you see on the news.
Douchebag.
Pawn shop Jerma is what I see on this preview.

I'm so glad a ton of EV trucks are coming out. I need a truck (Yes, I really do. Plywood sheets don't fit in cars) and I was never going to buy a cyberturd. I'd rather just do without something than give this piece of shit a cent.
A transporter would be better in every way except when you need some offroad capabilities.
The plywood sheets even stay dry and cant be stolen. There are also some offroad versions of some vans if you really need it.
I go camping/hiking in areas with bad dirt roads pretty often. I'm actually looking into the alpha wolf truck that's supposed to be hitting production soon as my next vehicle.
Did he immigrated?
which prove it is a freespeech platform :)
The countless documented examples of specific individuals and terms being censored disproves that. Letting one thing critical of Musk stay =/= a free speech platform.
wow you're an easy dupe
Lets wait till he shuts it down

Just a random selfie with a Russian propagandist. That doesn't mean anything by itself, however. He also was spotted in another photo with Kushner at the world cup as well and again, that doesn't mean anything more than a picture.
What it does mean, however, is that the world's richest man chooses to be in close proximity to some really shady people. Or not. The world cup managers probably just had a section carved off for the Friends of Putin club.
Musk just wants to be buddies with the worlds richest man.
Hey now! That's not fair!
You're forgetting that he was also photographed next to Ghislaine Maxwell.
[Sorry beforehand if this sounds like a defense of Musk...]
I've recently seen a documentary about a con man who used to go to galas, photoshoots and stuff, asking if he could "just take a selfie" with popular/influential people... then use those photos as "proof" to his victims of how he had "powerful friends" and "knew the right people".
He's (presumedly) scammed between half and several million that way, convincing people to invest, to work for him recruiting people to invest, to hold shell companies for him, and so on.
So... "taking a selfie with Elon Musk", could be more of a "whoever takes the selfie" thing, rather than a Musk thing.
