How to tame a user interface using a spreadsheet

This is dumb lmao, if you want to remove style just grab a pen and paper or a drawing app, there are so many layers to apps in terms of overlapping elements and menus that open up that this kind of limitation seems like wasting time forcing a tool to do something it isn't meant for.
