How to transfer files between profiles on GrapheneOS?

In the forum, I saw a couple of people suggesting,

1. Syncthing (But Syncthing for Android is dead, AFAIK)
2. USB stick
3. Cloud storage

Please suggest if there are any alternatives. Or what is the option that you're using.
