Hallo zusammen,

aufgrund der bereits erwähnten Rufschädigungskampagne von quokk.au, welche später von Deföderation gefolgt wurde, nachdem wir sie aufforderten, ihre Zensur zurückzunehmen, haben wir jetzt quokk.au deföderiert.

Dem hat sich inzwischen auch die verwahrloste Instanz feddit.kyiv.ua angeschlossen, welche sogar ihr TLS Zertifikat vor fast einem Monat ablaufen lies, ohne es zu erneuern. feddit.kyiv.ua hat eine ähnliche Zensur erstellt, mit den Gründen "zionists engaging in genocide denial", "censoring criticisms of israel", "imperalists", und "supports war criminals".

Zuletzt kam dann auch noch lemmy.funami.tech dazu, eine Instanz mit 3 aktiven Nutzern in diesem Monat, welche uns u.a. mit "hate speech", "fascism", "toxicity", "zionism" und "genocide denial" beschreibt.

Dies betrifft 9 Nutzer auf quokk.au, 3 Nutzer auf feddit.kyiv.ua und 11 Nutzer auf lemmy.funami.tech, welche mindestens einen Post oder Kommentar verfasst haben.

Wir haben zudem deren Communities von unserer Instanz entfernt, da jegliche zukünftigen Posts oder Kommentare dort nur für unsere Instanz sichtbar wären und nicht von den Communitymoderatoren moderierbar wären:

Communities ohne lokale Abonnenten, abgesehen von Bots, sind hier nicht explizit aufgeführt.

Mit !world@quokk.au als nennenswerte Community sollte auch erwähnt werden, dass die Moderationsmöglichkeiten bereits eingeschränkt waren, da einer ihrer Moderatoren zuvor bereits von feddit.org aufgrund von mehrfachen Aufrufen zu Gewalt und Terrorismus gebannt wurde.

Falls du feddit.org Nutzer bist und es bevorzugen würdest, dass die Communities in einem nur lesbaren, eingefrorenen Zustand von vor der Deföderation sichtbar bleiben, lasst uns dies bitte per PN an @surprised_pikachu@feddit.org oder @letsu@feddit.org mit Erklärung wissen. Es ist mit etwas Aufwand machbar, jedoch lohnt sich der Aufwand nicht, wenn es daran kein Interesse gibt.

Kommentare für diesen Post sind deaktiviert, da wir hier keinen konstruktiven Diskurs erwarten und wir hier keinen weiteren Kommentarbereich für Terrorismusbefürworter, Genozidleugner, Holocaustverharmloser etc. schaffen wollen. due to the previously communicated defamation campaign by quokk.au, which was later followed by defederation by them after we requested them to remove their censure, we have now defederated from quokk.au.

In a similar fashion, the unmaintained instance feddit.kyiv.ua, which even had its TLS certificate expire almost a month ago already, has decided to join the defamation campaign by creating similar Fediseer censure, for reasons "zionists engaging in genocide denial", "censoring criticisms of israel", "imperalists", and "supports war criminals".

At last, the instance lemmy.funami.tech also followed suit, an instance with 3 active users this month, which described us, among other things, as "hate speech", "fascism", "toxicity", "zionism" und "genocide denial".

This affects 9 users on quokk.au, 3 users on feddit.kyiv.ua and 11 users on lemmy.funami.tech, who have at least one post or comment.

We have also removed the following communities from our instance now, as any further posts and comments there would be limited to only our instance and wouldn't be moderatable by the community moderators:

Communities without local subscribers, excluding bots, have not been included here.

With !world@quokk.au being the noteworthy community, it should also be noted that the moderation of this community was already hindered regardless, as one of their moderators had already gotten banned from feddit.org previously due to repeated calls for violence and terrorism.

If you're a feddit.org user and would prefer these communities to still be accessible in a read-only frozen state from before the defederation for archival purposes, please let us know via PM to @surprised_pikachu@feddit.org or @letsu@feddit.org with an explanation. It's possible with some effort to make that happen, but it would be a waste of time to do so if nobody was interested in that.
