As far as I know the basis of fed coming in and saying something even as mundane as, "Nevada needs to be audited to make sure non-citizens aren't voting" is blatantly unconstitutional. As a matter of fact, a state could change their constitution to allow non-citizens to vote and it would be fully legal because the state ultimately decides how their electoral votes are applied, not fed.
- Don't forget its fucking Trump so think of the worst case scenario and then multiple it by 100. If it's too stupid, evil or cruel, you're on the right path.
- If they've done this in NV, they've definitely done it elsewhere, and solidly red states may comply without saying anything.
