Yes.
Which is odd because, since getting a keychain pedometer I actually don't keep it in my pocket or take it most places.

It has nothing to do with cell phones, I felt them in my thigh since when cell phones were so big that putting them in a pocket wasn't an option.
It must be some sort of muscle spasm.
