I know you just need an incentive to really apply yourself

Sooo as an elementary school teacher, my mom had a toy box for kids to choose prizes. It was my favorite thing when she'd let me and my brothers pick out a toy or two every summer when we were growing up.

...this is deeply disturbing for me.
