But for real, why is all of this so shitty looking?
Every fascist state I can think of gave (relatively to the states wealth) a lot on paramilitary troops uniform image.
Even mafia or mere street gangs know they have to invest in some style.
USA should try like a foreign-exchange-presidents or something, then after a 6 month semester, boom - ICE gets designers threads, the troops can march, and all the Signal messaging is in Korean.
(Im not sarcastic about the question - why don't the ICE agents need to look "cool" & distinguished? Are they just some sort of in-between militia? Or is that actually all that & I just don't recognise it? They dress like poor students applying for their summer office job.)
