Wayland forwarding?

Is there any possibility to have something similar to X11 forwarding using Wayland?

I have to edit some big config file and would be great to have that functionality back.

I've used waypipe and it worked in my testing.
- I will have a look, thanks!
- I second Waypipe. It tunnels over SSH, and while you have to run a command for it, it’s still much easier than X forwarding.
