What is the most pathetic, or outrageously bad piece of dialogue you've ever heard in a TV series?

Edit: and FTR this is from a movie, but is so bad it has been parodied in TV. Supergirl did it and when a CW show makes fun of your dialogue you KNOW it's bad.
