Theres 1337x, but otherwise I would look for a private tracker holding open signups.

I can't think of a single (worthwhile) private tracker holding open signups.
I'm with you people say find a private tracker with open sign up and I have yet to find one.
@stephfinitely @Magz @luckless @Wize_Hed They don't necessarily have to be open. I signed up to a private tracker by filling out a small application form, explaining who I am and why I want to join. They just want to keep authorities and lawyers out.
