When your garage is REALLY cold

I could edit the firmware but I like this just in case there are thermocouple issues.

I can also point a heat gun at it for a minute.

How cold is the garage?
- ~9C. The MINTEMP is 10C, I think. I heat it to 11C with a heat gun and it works fine.
