Just say "black people," Vance. You obviously just mean black people but you don't think you can get away with that, so you say "Haitian immigrants" as if that wasn't a dog whistle so loud that a partially-deaf person could hear it.

True story. As a black man with a Haitian wife, this is ridic. Its obvious if you listen closely. They are fueled by hate and evil. Wild.

And it's not like you can tell whether or not someone is a Haitian just by looking at them. All you know is they're black. This is just racism, plain and simple.
