I thought it was illegal to be, say, or have anything openly Nazi in Germany. How can they so openly be doing the "Heil Hitler" in their ads?
- A lawsuit was already started over this. The AfD's stance is that they can't see a Hitler salute here, and anyway, the picture was created by a media agency they hired.
  
  I didn't know "nuh uh" was a legal defense
- They will argue that it was supposed to represent roof, even when, regarding their party's opinion, it most likely isn't.
