Mignochrono @lemmy.world This is one of the reasons I got a pixel. To be able to get a bot to answer,of they are real they get recorded and it gets transcribed. So I can tell if I wanna pick up or not. I would legit pay for this feature on an app

You’ll soon be able to do the same with an iPhone too with iOS 17.

It's not as smart as Pixel's though cause it won't be able to interrogate the caller for you.

True, although I think it’s enough for most people.

its_the_new_style @sh.itjust.works This is 100% my favorite feature. I've told so many others about it too. Just finally convinced my dad to get a pixel as well.
2 0 ReplyCirom @sh.itjust.works Wait what? How do you do that?
2 0 ReplyMignochrono @lemmy.world It only works on pixel phones. Basically a Google boy answers for you and makes them questions. You read the questions and decide if you wanna pick up.
1 0 ReplyCirom @sh.itjust.works I meant like how as in how do you turn it on, I have a Pixel phone
2 0 ReplyMignochrono @lemmy.world Go to the phone app. Then press the three dots on the top right. Then settings and the spam and call screen. Finally press call screen.
