[Shams] NBA has approved two new gameplay changes for 2023-24 season: 1) In-game penalty for flops resulting in technical FT, 2) second coach’s challenge awarded if first challenge is successful

I'm all for calling flops, but that sounds like a difficult thing to watch out for. I'm looking forward to seeing how do they define a flop and how many of them are called once the season starts.
