ThreeLawsDebugger @beehaw.org Isn't this just straight-up bad for the company? Doesn't refusing to participate in arbitration open them up to lawsuits instead, which are more expensive and less favorable to the company?

Considering they also refuse to just pay their bills I don't know what people expect
