The mastodon instance that I have been using Sself.co seems to be down I can log on but nothing I post seems to get to the server

Unsure if this is related but masto social feed isn't refreshing on the app. The site is unreachable, too.

The most recent post in the federated timeline is from 5 days ago and I don't think they have a blog or anything so I have no idea when or if it will be back up
