AlternativeEmphasis @kbin.social I do have somewhat of a fear of these walkways and escalators for stories like this although I do know it's irrational.

DarkThoughts @kbin.social That Chinese escalator lady is still haunting me. Those things are meant to increase their torque when they experience resistance, to actually be able to move people. Unfortunately if you happen to get stuck in their mechanics that means they'll also turn you into minced meat.
