🥱 People will protest anything. That doesn't mean it matters. Good on Rio law enforcement for keeping these thugs in check. They were encroaching on my friend's neighborhood, so perhaps this is a result of them getting too big for their britches. Still hope we can get rid of the rest of them. Gang culture has no place in society.
