It's also a special ability for neurodivergent people to be able to diagnose other people at sight, even if psychological tests cannot find anything. Pretty much anyone who has neurodivergent friends/family has had them diagnose their neurodivergence at least once. (Sarcasm aside, neurodivergent people really often tend to "recruit" other people into neurodivergence. If it's not confirmed by a psychologist or comparable it does't count.)
