I feel this post in my soul. I’ve had this quest, and it beat me. My mom’s pancake recipe is very good. Here’s where I landed. Krusteaz mix. Save your bacon grease, then cook pancakes on a generously greased griddle of bacon grease. For basic pancakes, I haven’t beaten this. If you figure in the effort associated, you can’t get even close.
